State criminal arraignments on other criminal charges are also Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. at the same courthouse.

Maryville municipal offenses may be set Tuesday at 4:15 p.m.; the prosecutor page states those are not handled by the Nodaway County Prosecutor. Continuance requests go to the Circuit Court office at 660-582-5431 because the prosecutor cannot grant continuances.
